1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Soulistic Vibes website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

2. Services

Soulistic Vibes offers wellness mentorship, somatic practice sessions, retreats, group programs and aromatherapy products (SomaTides). All services are educational and not a substitute for medical treatment.

3. Bookings & Payment

Sessions, retreats and programs are booked via direct communication with Jen. Payment terms (full or split payment plans) are confirmed after a discovery call. Deposits are non-refundable; the remaining balance follows the agreed schedule.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by program:

• 1:1 sessions: 24-hour notice required for rescheduling.
• Retreats: deposits are non-refundable; remaining balance refundable up to 60 days before the retreat date.
• Group programs: pro-rated refund within the first 7 days only.

5. Medical Disclaimer

The information and practices offered by Soulistic Vibes are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making changes related to your physical or mental health.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Spinal Flow Method™ and Soma Wave Method™ teachings, writing, photography, and video — is the property of Soulistic Vibes and Jen Gagnon unless otherwise credited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Soulistic Vibes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in any service or product.
